I fully believe I have the best Mentors in the World! Myrle Hale and Mina Anderson. They are not easy on the mentee (is that a word?), but their advice has been, and will continue to be, an invaluable tool in my efforts in the chihuahua world.

I cannot begin to thank Myrle and Chuck Hale for the opportunity they gave my granddaughters and myself with Cloudy. Cloudy first appeared as a puppy in the Purina Today’s Breeder magazine, issue 57. I never dreamed when I saw that magazine that someday Cloudy, or any of Myrle’s precious babies, might be mine. Myrle took a chance on me, in face of vocal opposition, and nothing will ever diminish my appreciation for her ability to see beyond the smoke screen to the truth. Since I have received my lovely “Hale’s Cloud in the Sky” from Myrle, we have bred her to CH Hale’s Outie’s Last Hurrah. There have been four beautiful girls born from those breedings. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart, Myrle and Chuck.

I met Mina Anderson at a show in Franklin, TN, and we have been friends ever since that day. My family and I extend our deepest appreciation for her expertise and for sharing her bloodlines with us. Mina is a far-seeing individual who’s strong sense of ethics and fair play mean the world to me. Thank you Mina, for all you have done above and beyond being a mentor and friend.
